The Transform Foundation 2018 Grant applications are now open

Source By:  Transform Foundation

Applications for charity grants of up to £18,000 are now being accepted for the Transform Foundation’s 2018 Charity Website Grant Programme.

The programme, which is run by the Transform Foundation, offers charities a grant to enable them to redevelop their website to ramp up their online income and increase their charitable impact. It has so far helped charities raise more than £9.5million in donations.

Non-profits interested in a Charity Website Grant can apply via the Transform Foundation’s website.

The £18,000 grant covers the bespoke strategy, design, build, training and launch of a new, mobile optimised website and winners must cover ongoing support fees for a minimum of 12 months. The websites will be built by Raising IT, who are the technology partner for the programme.

The Transform Foundation believes nonprofit projects should be able to make a difference to the greatest number of people. As a result, the Charity Website Grant Programme is just one of many programmes we are running in 2018.

Together with our Facebook Advertising Grants, Charity Incubator and Digital Skills Timebank, the programme forms part of our wider effort to help the charity sector transition from traditional fundraising techniques to the digital world.

If you’re a charity considering redeveloping your website or keen to unlock the power of digital fundraising, we look forward to hearing from you.

Building a Stronger Britain Together grant fund
Building a Stronger Britain Together grant

The Building a Stronger Britain Together grant fund has opened today and will close at 5pm on Friday 16 February 2018.

If you have previously submitted an in-kind application, I have been assured that these applications remain queued and will be reviewed before the new round.

You can read information about the current call for grants, read the guidance document and view the application form here -

Please take note that due to the delay in the launch, this will be a particularly competitive round of funding. To give the best possible chance of success application forms will need to be concise and relevant, with all questions fully and directly answered. Applications should also be linked clearly to the Home Office Counter-Extremism strategy which you can read here -

Please specifically note the eligibility requirement for grants on pg 6 and income guidance on pg 8 of the guidance document.

If you would like to attend a workshop to discuss applications, I can offer two options:

1) An opportunity to look through the new application form as a group and discuss how to ensure your application is aligned to the Counter-Extremism strategy
2) An opportunity to meet with other organisations to discuss a partnership bid (suitable for smaller organisations with lower income)

Please reply to let me know which of the above option(s) you would like to attend and also your availability from the following dates and times:

Tues 23 Jan 4-6pm
