Healthier Hackney & City Fund

Welcome back!

We're almost ready for another year of innovative health projects

Another summer has passed, and as we head into autumn there's one thing on our mind- year 4 of the Healthier Hackney Fund! We've been working hard to bring some exciting new aspects to the grants scheme, and are very nearly ready to share them with you.

The main news is that the Public Health team has been working closely with colleagues in the City and Hackney CCG to merge the Healthier Hackney Fund with their Innovation Fund. We're maintaining the same level of funding so this will now be a £500,000 pot, and will combine the principles and focus on innovation that has been central to both from the start.

Save the date

We'll be able to say much more about the structure and format when we launch formally on Thursday 19th October. Details of the event will follow next week, but please put a hold in your diary for the morning- as with last year it'll be a drop in event so we hope you'll be able to join us.

Don't worry if you can't make it- we'll be publishing the details on our webpage and will be touring as many local events as we can get in October and November. If you're running something you'd like us to attend please get in touch!
